Hotel Colonnade Coral Gables is committed to making our facilities, amenities, and services accessible to guests with disabilities. We offer 11 ADA rooms: 1 Aragon King ADA Room and 1 Ponce De Leon Queen/Queen ADA Room with Handicap Walking Showers, and 9 ADA rooms with Handicap Bathtubs.
The hotel’s design ensures accessibility to all, including a welcome to service animals; an accessible public entrance and registration desk; accessible routes from the public entrance to registration, guest rooms, the restaurant, the meeting room/ballroom, the fitness center, the swimming pool, and the business center; restaurant, fitness center, and swimming pool; valet parking; and assistive listening devices for meetings. Our guest rooms offer roll-in showers, bathtubs with grab bars, a visual fire alarm, a telephone notification device, portable communications kits containing visual alarms and notification devices, mobility-access doors with at least 32 inches of clear door width, portable tub seats, TTY (text telephone device), and televisions with closed captioning.
